Your purchases made on TRAIDremade.com will be dispatched within two working days of placing your order. For UK orders, we use Royal Mail First Class Recorded or Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. For Worldwide orders, we use Royal Mail International Signed For. Please note that all deliveries need to be signed by someone on receipt. If you are not in, or unable to sign for an item, it will be sent to your local delivery centre and a card posted through your letter box to arrange pick up or re-delivery. We regret that we cannot deliver to PO Box numbers (UK or international).

First Class Recorded

UK: £4.50 for first item, plus £2.00 per every additional item.

Special Delivery Next Day

UK: £6.00 for first item, plus £3 per every additional item.
Please note that orders will be dispatched two working days from receipt of your order meaning that Next Day is guaranteed to reach you the following day from dispatch, not the following day from when you placed your order.

Royal Mail International Signed for

£10 for first item, £5 per every additional item. Items are signed for, insured and trackable until they leave the UK. On average, delivery takes 4 – 5 days from date of dispatch, but can take longer.

Customs Information for International Customers

Every countries customs rules are different and your purchase may be subject to customs checks and potential charges. We are not liable for charged levied or delay of goods held at customs.

Insurance

Because all items are sent by Recorded or Special Delivery you will not be liable for any packages lost in the post when sent from us to you. All packages must be signed for at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

As an environmental charity, we always minimise packaging. All TRAIDremade.com packaging is recycled, recyclable or biodegradable to ensure it is as low impact as possible. The charity TRAID which runs and manages TRAIDremade.com is currently working towards its ISO14001 environmental accreditation.
